Before you submit your summer forms, please make sure you have done the following:
- Check over your forms to make sure you have completed all sections.
- You have saved your forms in a PDF format. If you have printed the forms you can scan it using your phone.
- To scan documents on your iPhone, go the Home screen and open Notes. Tap the + icon at the bottom of the page, and select Scan Documents from the list of the options. This should launch your phone’s camera. When the camera detects the document you want to scan, it will highlight it in yellow on the screen. Press the capture button to “scan” the document and save it to your phone. You can keep scanning until you have each page.
- Submit below for each child. Once you complete the first child you will be offered the chance to submit for your other children.
