My intention for the 2023-2024 School Year:*

I hope to return for the 2023-2024 School Year.
At this time, I am undecided about returning to SLDS next year.
I will not be returning to SLDS for the 23-24 School Year (letter of resignation will need to be emailed to Mrs. Weymouth)

I would like to discuss the following changes:

I would like to discuss a change of age group.
I would like to discuss a change of teacher partner(s).
I would like to discuss a change in the number of months I work a year (9 months or 12 months).
I would like to discuss a change in my hours/schedule
