Start of School Information

ANNUAL ENROLLMENT FORMS – DUE JULY 1, 2026

St. Luke’s Day School requires additional forms for each child who has confirmed their placement for the upcoming school year.

These forms are separate from your child’s application which has already been submitted. Your child will not be able to attend school until all forms are complete and up to date, as required by Child Care licensing.

2026-2027 PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Parents have a designated form of payment on file that will be automatically charged based on the published schedule.

September 3, 2026 – Activity/Supply Fee charged for all programs

Monthly tuition will be charged on the first of each month, October through April for SLDS Part-Day & Kaleidoscope TK/TK FD; October through July for Luke’s Place Full-Day.
