Admissions Timeline and Important Dates

January 30, 2026 – Currently Enrolled (25-26) Family and New Sibling Application Deadline

February 3, 2026 – SLUMC Church Member Application Deadline

February 6, 2026 – Community Application Deadline

March 8, 2026 – Acceptance and Waiting List Notification Emailed

March 30, 2026 – Confirm/Decline Deadline for Accepted Families

April 7, 2026 – Waiting List Opening Notifications Begin

August 24, 2026 – Tentative First Day of School for the 26-27 School year

Registration Instructions

• Download the fillable PDF application, fill it out, save the file with your child’s name, and then upload the document using the yellow submission button below. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • For Part-Day applications, be sure to rank all applicable daily options. Failure to do so may result in immediate placement on the waiting list.
  • If your new infant has not been born, please put “Baby” or “TBD” as the first name and your due date in the date of birth field.
• If you are interested in both Part-Day and Full-Day programs, please fill out and submit both applications, then send an email (including your child’s name) to hnguyen@stlukesmethodist.org to let us know which program is your first choice.

Helpful Hints and Next Steps:

• Enrollment at St. Luke’s Day School is not first-come, first-served. All applications for each stated priority deadline are included in a random drawing for enrollment. As long as your application is turned in by the date listed, it will be included. Registration is open to all children, regardless of race, ethnicity, or religious affiliation.
• Our waitlists do not roll over from year to year. If you are on the waitlist for the 2025-2026 school year, please fill out and submit a new application for 2026-2027.
• Children must be up to date on required immunizations or submit an official exemption to attend St. Luke’s Day School.
• If accepted, the 2026-27 Registration Fee will be charged using the payment method provided on March 11, 2026. If waitlisted, no payment will be charged.
• If accepted and enrollment is confirmed (by March 30), financial obligations listed on each program’s application take effect. Details will be conveyed in the acceptance email on March 8.
• Enrollment in St. Luke’s Day School is intended to be a nine-month (SLDS Part-Day and Kaleidoscope TK) or a twelve-month (Luke’s Place Full-Day) commitment, and each tuition payment represents one-ninth or one-twelfth of the school year. Credit is not given for a child’s absence or days the school is not in session.
