Registration for the 2026-2027 school year will open in January!

Application Deadlines:
Our priority deadline has already passed for the 2025-2026 school year. At this time, applications will be processed in order of receipt and spots are offered based on current availability.

The updated application and application deadlines for the 2026-2027 school year will be posted soon.

Helpful Hints:

• Download the fillable PDF application, fill it out, save the file with your child’s name, and then upload the document using the yellow submission button below. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. 
• Enrollment at St. Luke’s Day School is not first-come, first-served. All applications for each stated deadline are included in a random drawing for enrollment. As long as your application is turned in by the date listed, it will be included.
• Our waitlists do not roll over from year to year. If you are on the waitlist for the current school year, please fill out and submit a new application for 2026-2027 when the application becomes available in January.
• If you are interested in both Part-Day and Full-Day programs, please fill out and submit both applications, then send an email to hnguyen@stlukesmethodist.org to let us know which program is your first choice.
