I understand that deadlines for tuition/fee payments and forms completion must be met or my child’s enrollment will be at risk. Charges will occur on the following schedule: September 2025 tuition deposit – 4/11/2025, May 2026 tuition deposit (Part Day) – 5/5/2025, August 2026 tuition deposit (Full Day) – 8/5/2025, Activity/Supply Fee – 9/3/2025. All amounts are non-refundable once paid.

Completed Child Enrollment Forms are due 7/1/2025; a $50 fee for late or incomplete forms submitted after July 1, and an additional $50 for forms submitted after August 1.

I understand that St. Luke’s Day School is intended to be a commitment for the entire school year, late August 2025 to May 2026 for SLDS Part-day and Kaleidoscope TK, and late August 2025 to mid-August 2026 for Luke’s Place Full-day. Each Part-day and TK tuition payment represents one-ninth of the school year; each Full-day tuition payment represents one-twelfth of the school year. There is no additional tuition charged for the first week of school in August. Credit is not given for a child’s absence or days the school is not in session.

I understand that children’s immunizations must be up to date to attend, and I am required to provide updated records documenting well checks and immunizations as they occur throughout the school year.

I understand that if I wish to withdraw my child after April 1, 2025, I must send an email to the Registrar a minimum of 30 days before the date of withdrawal. See Registration Policies for details.
