I understand:

• Session tuition will be charged on the following schedule and is not refundable once paid: Session 1 on 5/20, Session 2 on 6/17, Session 3 on 7/8. (Luke’s Place tuition will be split into three payments charged on the above dates).
• Additional enrollment forms for new students only are due by Friday, May 17 regardless of start date. Students are attending during the 23-24 school year have forms already on file.
• Parents are required to send a morning snack and lunch each day.
• There is NO CAMP 6/10-6/14 (Vacation Bible School) and NO CAMP Thursday, 7/4 (Independence Day).
• Cancellations must be in writing (email acceptable) and received a minimum of 5 business days prior to payment date. Email sscott@stlukesmethodist.org.
